Stupidity in Cycles

A co-worker and I were discussing the number of �challenged� people we have encountered at work over the last couple of days. I�m certain today, that our company is well within its EEO requirements. Most of these people are not normally challenged either. Just sometimes like over the last week. So the $64 question is are these people challenged all the time or is it tied to some �cycle�? We tie crazy people to lunar cycles, and for that matter werewolves, vampires, and other creatures that go bump in the night. But it�s not a full moon right now. So is temporary stupidity tied to the nights that there isn�t a full moon?
