Eternal Hold

If you have ever been a customer service provider, you know that �eternal hold� is a great tool. However if you are the one experiencing �eternal hold� it�s not so funny. As I sit listening to what is supposed to be nerve calming music I find myself wishing I could reach through the phone and change the freaking station. I�m currently on hold for a utility in Mesa, AZ. I�m tired of VT. and have found a job in the land of perpetual bikini waxes! Hi-ho, hi-ho off to Mesa I go!
